Mr. Jeff L. Voyles is a leading authority on the international gaming industry and is heavily engaged in Asia specializing in gaming operations and strategic joint ventures. He is a also a Visiting Professor of Gaming Management at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) joining the UNLV faculty in 2003. Mr. Voyles is also a lecturer and program consultant for the International Gaming Institute at UNLV. Lecture topics have ranged from protection of casino games, surveillance, Nevada homeland security, slot protection, advantage play, table games management, slot management and casino marketing.

Mr. Voyles received his BS in Hotel Administration and Gaming Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, holds a MA degree in Organizational Management, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate specializing in Organizational Leadership. Mr. Voyles was previously employed by the MGM-Mirage Corporation for 12 years in a variety of positions ranging from dealer, corporate trainer, senior gaming instructor, scheduling coordinator, contributing writer for MGM corporate briefings, table games supervisor, table games pit manager, a member of the advantage play detection team, MGM Grand Division Recognition Administrator and MGM Grand Division Training Manager.

Mr. Voyles also held a position as a Gaming Professor for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management and was instrumental in building and teaching the program’s online gaming courses titled Casino Products, Protection, and Probabilities, and Gaming and Social Policies, as well as an Adjunct Professor at New Jersey City University. Mr. Voyles is currently authoring a gaming university textbook of a series of five textbooks addressing casino games, probabilities, surveillance; and organizational structure, culture and amenities, published by Prentice Hall in 2008. He has also authored a chapter, Casino Price, Comps, and Credit, in a casino management textbook titled Casino Management: A Strategic Approach, published by Prentice Hall.
